Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged item. In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the items reach us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
